Somewhere between a soft-seater and a house concert is our one of a kind venue. Perfect for small, intimate shows, we can provide full backline and tech to artists looking for a smaller venue where they can connect with their audience.

With a full kitchen and a bar area, you are welcome to serve your guests whatever provisions you had in mind. We also have flexible seating options and can accommodate a variety of different set-ups.'

To keep everyone comfortable, we recommend a maximum audience size of 50 people.

We can also provide complimentary accommodations for any artist who books our space.
